Mo's first Semi formal Dance
Winter Choir Concert
The first choir concert of the year. Mo signed up late as she was undecided if this was an elective she wanted to take on. After meeting her band/choir teacher Me Beatie, she know this was something for her! With only a few practices she was up on stage singing with a new group of friends. The favorite that rocked the house was the "Glee" version of "Lean on Me"! Absolutely brought everyone on there feet for an outstanding performance. Some of her friends came to support her on her first concert!

First Night of Hanukkah
Hospital Christmas Tree Lighting
The Doctor's Hospital Annual Christmas Tree Lighting happened to take place on the first night of Hanukkah! So after work we went over to Doctor's Hospital to support the Hospice Foundations in the lighting of the tree then went home and lit the menorah. OK I know this sounds all very wrong but we go with the times!
Black Oak Casino RUA Fundraising Trip Dec. 2010
Oh what a night! The quote of the night was "Hot Damn" and a 100 more stories to go along with that one! This was our fundraising bus trip for our girls competitive soccer team. We had filled a 55 seat bus on route to Black Oak Casino for a night of gambling and fun. I helped coordinate with Sandi and we were able to fill not only the bus but each girls' account to purchase stuff for the end of the season. I made over 100 jello shots which on the bus ride up there sold out immediately (needed more). Once we arrived we had about 5 hours to dine and gamble. After a group of us ate in the Sports Bar I went to the non-smoking section to gamble. My mom had won $5000 earlier this year on this very machine that I gambled on and won $1000. Not nearly as impressive but as I don't usually win............ VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! After this long filled and exciting night we got a few hours sleep and off to the Woodward Breakfast we went!
Woodward Omelet Breakfast 2010
The next morning after our long Black Oak Casino bus trip we got up and (ok Rob got up and cooked omelets at 6 am) and I slept in till 9 am and welcomed incomers at the door! The 7th annual fundraiser as usual was a success. The Manteca Bulletin was there to capture us in the act and the very early incomers were able to see themselves on "Good Day Sacramento". Us "DICS" Deb, Inez, Cathi and Stacey are photographed here with Santa who I think still may be recovering from a dislocated hip..... I'm just saying! Such great volunteers and donations come forward to make this such a great fundraising and community event!
We live in such a wonderful community and are fortunate enough that are kids are able to attend such a great school!
